Something is wrong in the app
Tell me what you did and what happened, and which phone you use. A screenshot helps. If it concerns a group, its name is enough — never send me your password.
Contact
Petra is built in Central Europe by one person, with a hand from friends along the way. Your message comes straight to me, not to a support queue, and I answer within a few days.
Please write in English or Hungarian — those are the two I can answer properly.

If Petra nearly does what your group needs but not quite, that is worth an email. Most of what is in the app came from someone describing their own trip.
Bigger groups, guides looking after clients’ cards, invoicing. Tell me how your season looks and I will write a quote.
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or raise a complaint. You can also delete your account yourself in Profile, at any time.
If you think you have found a way into other people’s data, write to me before telling anyone else and give me time to fix it. I will credit you if you would like.
In an emergency
Please do not wait for a reply from me: email reaches me hours later, and Petra is not an emergency service. Call the local emergency number — that is the fastest help there is.
The number Petra shows comes from a map of borders kept on the device, so near a border, in a disputed area, or where a country has changed its numbers, it can be wrong. 112 works across the EU and in many countries beyond it. It is worth checking the local number when you arrive.
